This was on digg and I thought it was hilarious. Someone sent their iPhone to Apple for repair and it came back with the official reset too. A paperclip sealed in a static proof bag. Maybe they get too many calls from people that do not know how to use a paperclip to reset their device. I used to have some Apple support calls with a tech trying to get someone to use a paperclip to open up their CD-ROM. It was pretty funny.
