I’ve wanted to make one of these for some time, but just never got around to it. This weekend I finally did it. It is all DIY and is relatively very cheap. I spent probably $5 for the materials including the box. Some people do go a little bigger on the box, but this size is great for action figures :). All you have to do is cut some squares in the box and then fill them with tissue paper. I am still playing around with what lights look best. I think I might need something stronger and even better would be if I had a couple of lights around the size. I am overall very impressed though with the pictures. My setup also makes it really easy to change the backgrounds. I’m still deciding what color I would like. In the examples I just used some charcoal grey board and the white I just used some sheets of paper taped together.
