This morning just shortly after the alarm went off I heard another alarm in my office. It was my UPS battery backup beeping at me. I went in and could smell the lovely smell of burnt electronics. It looks like the power supply blew up on the new server and tripped the UPS. The site is now temporarily running again on the old server. I restored my posts using last nights database backup, but obviously I don’t have the photos for those. I should have a power supply on Saturday to fit back into the new server and hopefully will be up and running again on that machine.
